Trauma-Informed Relational Therapy 〰️

Wildflower Therapy Collective, PLLC is in-network with Aetna and in-progress for BCBS and UHC plans.

In addition to traditional education, I consistently take continuing education trainings. Trainings have focused on EMDR, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, self-harm and harm-reduction, and more.

I also see my own therapist, regularly, so that I can show up as my best self for my clients. It also gives me a chance to sit on all sides of the therapy experience.

Wildflower was born from the idea that no two people grow in exactly the same way. Even when our stories overlap, our paths forward are uniquely our own. Wildflowers remind me that growth takes both care and courage — and that we bloom best when we’re rooted in connection.”

At Wildflower Therapy Collective, my goal is to provide an inclusive space for you to feel safe exploring your experiences and patterns while growing towards the person, partner, and friend you want to be. I wholeheartedly believe that healing begins and thrives in spaces of authentic connection. My mission is to normalize the human experience and help you find compassion for the ways you’ve navigated the world and your experiences.

You may be a great fit here if you identify as a people pleaser, perfectionist, or intellectualizer who struggles to slow down and connect with yourself. Sessions at Wildflower mix a variety of different therapy models including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. In a nutshell, we explore your values systems, relationships and family systems, coping strategies, beliefs about yourself and your world, and how all of your experiences have shaped you as a human. We celebrate the ways in which you are already managing life, while also exploring ways to grow and blossom.
